"Very bad time keeping"

I know this practice for 15+ years and apart from online access it has never changed.Difficult to get appointments, call back appointments are never on time, sometimes they call 2 hours later if they call at all. I don't carry my phone as it is not allowed at work, so there I am sitting an hour after my appointment time because if I miss the phone call, no chance to speak to them again.What is the point of given time???Some doctors are so rushed, not even sure they are listening. I am also a healthcare professional, I would be ashamed to provide this standard of care. I also had good experiences with nice GPs but I would have to be lucky to get the same person, it is always a different GP, then start the story again, because they don't know you. Not personal at all.
