"Awful A&E department rude nurse"

Childs A&E Department .I have never had been spoken to so rudely by a nurse. I took my daughter there as she was in lots of pain with her back. My daughter stood there in floods of tears as a very rude nurse told me she shouldn't be here.She then had the bare face check to ring my doctor's and tell them how they shouldn't of told me to come .I have never felt so disappointed in an A&E department. This nurse stood there shouting how it's a nerve problem. I'm sorry but she didn't even speak to my daughter once.She wasn't even the nurse who was dealing with us this rude nurse just butted in our conversation and saying how she had read my daughter's notes.I honestly didn't have a clue what her problem was. She told me how the hospital wont see her .I told her I was going to complain which I most definitely will and she actually seemed shocked by this news.What parent wants to sit in A&E after a long days work .I was there as my daughter was in agony. With her back.I most definitely understand what an A&E is for and a child who is igory with back pain is most definitely an emergency. My advice is use a different hospital. This member of staff clearly needs to retire and most definitely not be working around children especially not ones in alot of pain or poorly who need care.
