"Give yerselves a well deserved clap on the back"

About: St Lukes Hospice

(as a service user),

My brother Tony was in many nursing homes before arriving at St Luke's. The care he is receiving is amazing from all the staff. The kindness show to him is what he deserves and boy don't the nurses do it so well, I will be forever grateful to them for it. My brother has said it also. He was very frightened in all the other places, which I will not mention by name, as they do not deserve any recognition whatsoever. St Luke's thank you, thank you. We were all made feel so welcome. To sit out in the beautiful garden, so colourful and  peaceful. 

I can honestly say in my opinion "Keep doing what you are doing". God bless all of you always. To the staff, nurses and doctors, give yerselves a well deserved clap on the back and be proud of the service that you give to all who has walked and will sadly come through yer doors.

God bless and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I will let all the staff know your comments on the kindness they have shown towards your brother. We are pleased that he does not feel frightened at St Luke's. I will also inform the staff that you want them to give themselves a well deserved clap on the back and be proud of our service

I am glad you have been able to sit out in the beautiful garden which are maintained by our volunteer gardeners. I will pass on to them that you found the garden so colourful and peaceful.
