"Highly recommend the level of care from staff"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Gastroenterology University Hospital Wishaw / Gastroenterology

(as a parent/guardian),

From the onset of meeting Jillian the dietitian and Ali the gastro nurse, we were made to feel supported and comfortable. since then the level of communication, attention to detail and promptness has been OUTSTANDING. Not only do they contact us regularly, checking my son's health but genuinely concerned, going the extra mile to chase up anything that hasn't been actioned! Can't thank them enough, I sincerely hope these staff members are appreciated by their superiors. Dr Sie was inital point of contact who also showed immense level of support  and direction. Genuinely delighted with these staff members that we have came across. Also the care at RHC was second to none.
