Thank you to the ENT department for offering me a sooner appointment. The Consultant & Nurse were extremely pleasant which put me at ease straight away. The Consultant was very informative & made sure I understood the everything & was also reassuring which gives me as a patient the confidence that he will give me the best care possible.
