"Rushed and felt as if we were wasting their time."

Today I had my 13 week scan at Forth Valley Royal Hospital I felt it was so rushed and the level of service from the ultrasound department was rubbish. I have spent 3 years trying for this baby with IVF it has been very stressful and upsetting during at times. Today I was scared before the scan incase something was wrong the sonographer did nothing to easy my worries. They rushed in and spoke really fast like they were in a rush. Made us feel like we were on a conveyor belt and that we were wasting their time. They also couldn't get the NT measurement check as baby was standing on its head. This member of staff was very rude about the fact if they couldn't get it then nothing they could do about it. We weren't offered a later scan to try again. Also didn't offer reassurance at any point even though they were trying to say our baby was only measuring 12 weeks and 5 days even though we had a private scan at 11 weeks who said we were measuring 11weeks and 1 day which would make us 13 weeks and 1 day at this scan. The picture we were given also was rubbish even though we saw this person take better ones and wasn't offered the chance to choice which one we would like.
