About: Yeovil District Hospital / Rheumatology

Diagnosed with RA June 2016. Disease activity score always rising. Given 4 different drugs, including Methotrexate. I complained of breathlessness. Sent to respiratory consultant, diagnosed basal bronchiectasis. More drugs. January 2019 Rheumatologist told me that they were not sure I had the disease. Hand scan. NAD. Next appointment June 2019. Taken to A and E on 16 th May 2019. Spent four weeks in HDU and wards, on oxygen constantly. Rheumatoid tests done again, result, I do not, nor ever have had RA. X-ray now confirms I am in the terminal phase of Interstitial lung disease. Sent home to die. I wrote to CEO,PALS, Consultant and nurse specialist requesting a response to questions, five letters separately hy posted on 3rd July 2019. They have not even been polite enough to acknowledge my letters.
