The Practice appreciates all feedback positive or negative as it gives us the opportunity to see where we are doing well or where we can improve.

We are very sorry to hear that you have had difficulty in contacting the surgery by telephone but we can assure you that the lines are not being deliberately cut off every morning.

There have been a few problems across many Practices in the area recently with phones and computer access which is out of the control of the surgeries.

However, please be assured that we have been equally frustrated by these issues and have highlighted the problems with the local providers.
