"receptionist extrmely rude but practice manager..."

I called on a Thursday morning because I was having the onset of a chest infection and having asthma I needed it to be looked into the receptionist that answered the telephone was god awful she just kept brushing me off telling me the doctor wont want to see me and that if I am having trouble breathing then I should go to A&E or the walk in centre at Oldham bus station I asked her if there was anywhere else and she told me know I explained I wasn't happy with the service and she told me to go to another doctors and sort myself out I felt quite upset by this so I called back and asked to speak with the practice manager to file a complaint about this receptionist the next person I spoke to was extremely helpful and managed to get me a much needed appointment and put me in touch with the practice manager to help resolve this situation of which I feel would be resolved having spoke to the practice manager she was amazingly helpful too so I would definitely recommend this service and the doctors some receptionists Just need good training
