Let me start by saying there is no single positive review about this Surgery on this site! Goes to say much about the practice and I am wondering if my review will make any difference. I was late for my daughters' appointment by 10 mins. I rang to let them know I was running late due to traffic. I got there and I was told I could not see the doctor. I understand that as it is their policy. But

I was not given the option of waiting for all other patients to be attended to (as this is also part of their policy regarding lateness).... and may I add that as at 5pm, there was only one patient waiting to see the doctor!. I could not even check my BP, I was told I have to book an appointment for that as well. This practice is just bad news. They used to have one very good doc who has now left. Since then, the service there is just appalling.

The Practice Policy is very clear if the patient arrives more than 10 mnts late they are offered another appointment.

The option of waiting till other patients have been affected to is not practical as the doctor has to finish the patients and complete the paper work including prescriptions and letters etc. The patient is also was expressing to have an appointment for himself for BP check which does not come under the category for emergency appointment. He was offered an appointment which he did not take.
