(as the patient),

I spent some time at the rehab clinic after relapsing with MS. 

The staff were kind and very professional. I will always be grateful for everything they did for me

Thank you for taking the time to respond, we are so pleased that the service has been supportive and has helped you after experiencing relapses. We understand that the unit can become warm in the summer and we will pass on your feedback in regard to the need for air conditioning within the building.
