"Thank you"

I just want to say a huge thank you to all the staff at a and e last night. I arrived in alot of pain and you all made me feel at ease. Your professionalism and support meant I was seen to quickly and effectively and was back in my own bed quickly. The nurses where getting grief off patients that I can only say where 'disrespectful' however they remained calm and treated everyone with the upmost respect. The cleaners kept me smiling with their singing and dancing and where always sympathetic to the fact people where not feeling their best. So I know the NHS gets alot of negative comments but Aintree you outdone yourselves last night and I left feeling a little less Ill and with the medication to get me back feeling 100 percent. My total time in a and e was 3 hours I think this is amazing!!
