"first class service"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

on Saturday the 13thJuly 2019 my 77 year old Husband was taken ill at home. Very lightheaded eyesight fading and very fast heartbeat.

I rang 111 which was answered promptly and efficiently. After lots of questions to myself and my husband an ambulance was requested. With 2 minutes it arrived. After various tests at home he was taken to A and E at Worcester. On arrival he was taken straight to a cubicle and met by nurses, doctors. Etc.

His care and treatment were excellent. He was there for 3 hours. Treated with drugs and given drugs to bring home. Had blood tests , mobile X-ray and ECGs. Always someone there caring for him. We cannot fault his treatment from start to finish. Lovely ambulance crew and staff at A and E . Thankyou so much.
