I had a lovely experience whilst at my appointment. I was seen by 3 lovely staff members. They treated me very well and i felt very comfortable being seen to. I am very grateful to have staff like that within the NHS. The NHS is a life saver in itself. I do not feel judged when going to an appointment within the ophthalmology department. Thank you for a great experience.
