About: Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

I am not surprised by the amount of negative feedback on Derbyshire CMHS. Four years ago I was in a BPD crisis and denied help. I ended up in prison. When I got out, I made a complaint that went up to the top. Still no help but I eventually got a Personal Health Budget, which is now being stopped because I 'should be using CMHS'. I want to keep using my private therapist because she is the only one who has helped me. So much so, that I now work as a volunteer, helping others with BPD. However, the Derbyshire NHS Foundation Trust have banned me from certain meetings, meaning that I cannot contribute my personal experience, as others can. The Trust will not tell me why and the messages not to attend come from a third person. They will not allow me to move on and I don't know why.

All they say is 'safeguarding reasons'. So, this is my feedback. Are you going to tell me to contact PALS and that you want to get to the bottom of it? Or, are you going to ignore me, as usual?
