I recently had an operation and overnight stay in Lavender Ward at Worcester Hospital and I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff who looked after me so well - from the time of my very first appointments through to the operation itself and the aftercare.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful and always very happy to explain procedures/expectations/options and put me at my ease.
