I have been referred here on a number in occasions, but the 2 therapists I have seen over the past 18 months have been amazing I finished the 1st course and he suggested seeing a colleague for CBT to help with my confidence where she worked out it was down to my past and self esteem causing me problems. I feel welcomed everyone I go and will miss it when my treatment finishes as wellbeing matters and it's staff have been there for me for so long and have done amazing work
