What I liked

I came for a hernia operation. I'm not a good "hospital" person but from the clinic and the day I entered Kent Ward(31.5.12) I was treated by everyone in a positive, friendly and supportive way. Everything was explained. All main members of staff came to see me. All the nurses were positive very helpful. The porter that took me to the theatre was excellent. Please pass my comments on.
