"Every other experience at Withington has been fine..."

What I liked

The reception staff was lovely. The hospital was clean. Other staff were helpful and friendly.

What could be improved

My mother attended for a mammogram.

The nurse who dealt with her was extremely rude and abrupt.

My mother had taken her completed forms along with her and handed them to the nurse. On other occasions, the staff has checked for errors and omissions, however on this visit, the nurse did not.

My mother was not provided with a gown or any other covering after being asked to undress and wait to be called.

My mother continued as normal with her appointment but did not feel comfortable with the service she received.
