"First class service."

I made two visits to Dermatology in the last two weeks - one for assessment and one for procedure. Both visits were conducted in the most professional yet friendly manner. Information was supplied throughout on what was thought and proposed and my procedure appointment was within a week of assessment. The procedure itself was professional and efficient and at the same time empathic and human, with full information given as we went along the surgery path.

Staff are operating under very demanding conditions.

The small waiting area was standing room only.

Yet all patients were being processed and all staff wore a smile and were totally considerate and committed.

Further, although the numbers of people waiting was very large, I never felt that any of my treatment was being rushed.

The staff were superb.

The operation was conducted by the doctor that assessed me and she was assisted by a nurse, and both were absolutely first class. I cannot recommend my experience highly enough.
