"A Bright Star Of Hope In An Abyss Of Darkeness"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Rheumatology

My wife was referred privately to Thornbury were we saw a specialist in Gastroenterology after having some initial tests we were referred to a Rheumatologist who luckily had a cancellation. They were thorough and got us in for a PET scan within days and finally gave us some answers to the issue my wife had been suffering from for months, and whilst not curable it wasn't the BIG C as we had initially feared. The doctor concerned has been both informative and knowledgeable and we cannot thank them enough. Quick appointments and communication via emails answered on the same day within less than an hour on some of our many queries. great, excellent staff

I am sorry to hear of all the anxiety that you and your wife have undergone, I can appreciate what a distressing time that this must have been for you both. However, so pleased to hear of the good service that has allayed your fears and that the services you have received has been very timely and has helped in providing now a diagnosis that you can go forward with.

I shall ensure that the Rheumatology team receive your kind compliments as it does mean a lot to them to receive such positive comments.

Best wishes for the future.
