I have been trying for over two weeks to contact the department to reschedule my appointment as I will be on holiday. No luck whatsoever. I must have spent a total of over seven hours waiting to on the phone. The on-line system also does not work as it has failed me twice this year alone.
I am frustrated and disappointed
