"Amazing service, great facilities and lovely..."

What I liked

I was in absolute agony when my husband suggested we went there, I knew there was possibility I wouldn't get seen and a chance I'd be waiting quite a bit due to the nature of the work they do and the set up of the place.

I arrived at about 8.45 and got seen within 15-20 minutes, which I thought was very good considering it is an outpatient drop in service, I have been know to wait much longer for appointments I have actually been given a time for in the past at my GP or other departments of the hospital.

The student who saw me was brilliant, really attentive and professional. I had an x-ray done and ended up having root canal done. Now, I have had a few of those done in the past and remember how painful and horrible those experiences were, but they were so careful and keen t get it right that, as far as root canals go, this one was a walk in the park compared to the others!

The tutor and the other student who was assisting him were also great. They kept me informed all the way of what they were doing and what was coming up next throughout.

Fantastic treatment and free of charge, can't ask for more!

What could be improved

Reception is a bit cold and bare and the receptionist did seem a bit like a rabbit in the headlights...
