What I liked

Dear Sir/Madam,

On Tuesday morning 29.05.2012 at about 3am, I attended A & E at Northwick Park, as I had pain in my right rib area. A lady doctor treated me.

My wife and I were so touched by her professionalism, thoughtfulness and caring manner in which she treated me. She was very empathic and patiently explained everything to us.

It makes such a difference when one is feeling unwell and is treated in such a manner.

I wanted to bring this to your attention and would be grateful if you could extend our thanks to this doctor once again.
