Dear Scappay

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience of our reception in the new hospital. I am very sorry that you have had to highlight a lack of privacy at the desk area. I do appreciate that this would have been upsetting.

We very much welcome feedback from our patients and visitors to ensure we make the improvements needed to make our new hospital work well. We have received lots of ideas and suggestions from those using our services since we have moved and we are looking at these to see how we can do things better.

I would like to reassure you that your feedback has been included in our improvement work and we will discuss with colleagues how we can improve privacy in reception.
