My husband came to see the doctor in January regarding a shoulder joint problem, the department didn't have the information from Wigan NHS now 4MONTHS later me and my husband are still waiting for another appointment and the doctor's secretary has mad a excise about a letter to be typed up so we can have appointment, how long does of take to gather information, type a letter and make a appointment?bolton NHS problems precessed them as their reputation is atrocious according to bolton people ( we live in Wigan but want to be treated at bolton NHS)
