(as a parent/guardian),

My baby girl had her 1st Immunisations booked for today but I had not been sent a letter. The Nurse Bev contacted me about this and she was very supportive she even managed to get me in today so that my daughter did not miss the rotavirus vaccines. Bev was so wonderful with my daughter she played and distracted whilst she was doing the vaccines and even put myself at ease through out the whole experience. Thank you so much Bev for your kindness and support.
