"out patient visit to one particular staff member"

I had an outpatient appointment last week to see one particular staff member. I just wanted to thank this staff member and his team. I was treated very professionally and kindly. I was seen promptly and understood my next steps. All of the staff I had the pleasure to meet were so professional and efficient. The receptionist was lovely as were the two excellent nurses I spoke with. The surroundings were immaculate and very comfortable ~ Thank you
