The staff treated me with the respect that I deserved, after I had suffered with an injury to my right shoulder 2 months ago, and had a seizure in the early hours of this morning with dizzy spells too.
They were short staffed when I visited, and they all deserve praise for working in such tough conditions with a lot of patients waiting to see a nurse practitioner.
I was uncomfortable when a patient was swearing in the waiting area, but a member of staff soon dealt with that, so I would like to say a huge thank you also.
The nurse practitioner who dealt with me, was gentle in his examination, and listened to me, and gave me the attenion that I deserved, as well as respect.
Thank you to everyone at the UCC in St Charles’ Centre for Health and Wellbeing.
