"All the staff are angels, they just hide their wings"

I go to Runcorn C.G.L. Service and I must say the staff who work there are 2nd to none, they are helpful beyond belief. But my Key Worker is Tracey and she is simply the best there is she goes above and beyond to help and support people. Her way is a no messing about approach, if you want the help she is there, but she knows who wants help and who doesn't. Her whole attitude is so amazing, that each time I see her, I go out of that building with a feeling like I'm floating on air - she makes me feel so good about myself which I don't really think that way, that is so good and how it makes me feel is amazing. C.G.L. Runcorn is by far the best support I've ever had.
