"Not impressed today."

I would leave zero stars if I could.My follow up appointment following a Knee arthroscopy was at 2pm today.At 3pm I tired of waiting and spoke to the gentleman at reception to ask if he had any idea when I would be seen,as people that had come in after me were rapidly being seen and I was being kept waiting.He wrote down my name on a post it note and disappeared with it.Still people came and went.At 4pm my name was FINALLY called.The gent I spoke to told me the lady I was supposed to see had been cancelled at Broomfield,and was at Braintree Hospital instead,and Braintree is where I live.My appointment lasted five minutes at most and I gleaned a tiny little bit more information about my knee than I already had.A simple phone call to me would have saved me £7.50 and three hours of my valuable time.I will only attend the most URGENT of appointments in future.
