I am very appreciative of the treatment I received during my recent hip operation - thank you very much everyone!

Everything was perfect, except I found the bed too soft and plasticky.

All of the nurses were fantastically professional and very friendly and helpful.

Thank you Sylvia for taking the time to give us feedback. I am sorry you felt the bed was too soft. As a Trust we have recently changed our mattress provider and unfortunately they are required to have a cover on them that meets our infection control standards.

The Trauma Orthopaedic Team and Ashton Ward team strive to provide a positive experience for all of our patients undergoing joint replacement surgery. Thank you once again for your comments and I will ensure your positive feedback is shared with the team. I wish you well in your recovery.
