"Constantly told I don’t know sorry"

About: Claybrook Centre

(as the patient),

In my experience of this service I feel that they have:

0 regard for patient well being

Always rude and argumentative on the phone
Keep calling me a “client”
Never any record of me calling and asking for help whilst I wait months and months for my second appointment

Constantly told I don’t know sorry

If anything all this place has done is raise my anxiety levels and loose hope that there is any help available
