good experience and rapid service- seeing the member of staff with my son - after working 24 years in the NHS and being “on the other side” I felt compelled to send my positive regards and thoughts at her consultation and manner with my son -very understanding but direct enough with him- explanation of what he needs to do to help - was human and tailored to his understanding - thank you - his dad
