"waiting in a and e"

We arrived at royal derby a&e at 9:00pm we got straight in to reception to discuss reason we was their,2 hours later and a lot of the people who where there before us was seen and assessed, however when most of the people who came in after us where getting seen before us I went to the reception and asked why, not being able to answer me(it’s just the way it is) lady at reception replied, my son had a brain tumour removed last year and banged his head over the weekend (it’s monday evening now) now I’m not by any means a doctor but I thought my son was maybe a little more priority than some people their,again I’m not a doctor.
