The senior nurse practitioners in A&E are apallingly rude and should perhaps go back and learn that nursing is for teh patients not themselves
We ahd been sent there by our doctor but iobviously nurse new best. In fact they hurt my daughter so much taht she cried and my daughter is in her twneties. I personally wanted to have the nurse arrested for assault. I have never had such a bad experience
The triage nurse failed to note down teh allergies that mmy daughter suffers, which coulkd have been very dangerous, especially given the issue. As for reception ruse and disinterested is thekindest way I can discribe this mess of a department.
How they got the ratings the have is anybodies guess

The only time I'm going back here is in my box
horrible place with horrible rude and dangerous staff
