"Extremely bad treatment and lack of care over..."

I have been with the surgery for over 20 years. I have had treatment and bad care I have many health conditions.

The staff are rude and dismissive. The receptionists do not greet you with a smile always talking among themselves. The nurses there are not nice to me making comments that upset me. The Doctors also make comments that upset me they will not do examinations telling me to book in with the nurse. I cannot always do that due to the severity of my conditions. All of the staff are not helpful either I have issues and they will not help me by holding the heavy doors open for me.I am very unhappy with my lack of treatment and care.
