About: University Hospital Monklands / Cardiology/Coronary Care Unit (Ward 18) University Hospital Monklands / Critical Care Unit

(as the patient),

I took part in the InS:PIRE programme at Wishaw General Hospital for those who had been in the intensive care unit.

The programme was excellent and was most beneficial in allaying thoughts that kept occurring and was pleased to find out that others were going through the same

The input from the various staff was very helpful together with the general chat with other participants.

Many thanks to all who contributed

I would also like to thank the staff within the ICU and the cardiology ward at Monklands General Hospital for the care and attention I received at the start of the year
