I was kept waiting for an hour without being informed that the appointments were running late, but this was more than made up for by the professionalism and empathy of the doctor and nurses involved in my procedure. They made me feel extremely comfortable, secure, and involved - and the procedure itself was very quick. Many, many thanks for your care and support.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know that you were reassured by the professionalism of the staff and that your treatment was efficient. Your kind words and thanks will be passed to the staff involved and will be much appreciated.

I am sorry to hear that you were not informed about delays to the clinic though, and this feedback will also be passed to the clinic staff so that they can consider improvements for the future.
