Originally I asked my GP for an x-ray because I have not had one for 10 years plus on my neck. She agreed but instead I was referred for physiotherapy.

The service I got from the physio was very good and my symptoms have been improving ie. pain management. However, the whole point of asking for an x-ray was to ascertain how my condition had deteriorated and I still don't know.

I feel I was totally ignored by my GP. What is the point of giving patients a voice if it's not heard?
