(as the patient),

I received Botox inside my stomach with a scope,

I was treated very well from start to finish and I feel very pleased with my treatment from start to finish from everyone and was put at ease with the very kind staff

Dear Am12,

Thank you kindly for your feedback, I am delighted to hear you felt you were treated very well throughout the whole process. We are currently carrying out some improvement work within the Day Surgery Unit, all staff have been working really hard to make changes to benefit the patients'. I am glad to hear that you felt at ease and the staff were very kind, the Endoscopy/DSU Teams work very well together to ensure all patients' are given the best care possible. I will pass on your feedback to both teams, again thank you this feedback is really appreciated.
