"An excellent service that I cannot fault."

What I liked

I'm not a big fan of dentists, my family dentist extracted some teeth when I was eleven or twelve only to realise he should have been working on my twin brother. I had never visited an dentist since I'm very reluctant to smile and have no confidence at all, my teeth are a mess.

One of my molars had developed quite a large cavity and had become very painful, I was very reluctant to let anyone look at it but five hours after having the tooth pulled I'm here and writing this.

The reception staff were polite and helpful, the waiting time was about thirty minutes before I was taken through to have my first check up. The student dentist was very proffesional and reassuring and her tutor was excellent. I was nervous but really had no need to be at all.

I could not be more impressed with the level of service and would just like to say a big thankyou to all the staff. I would not hesitate to sign up to be a regular subject.

If only my dentist had been as good years ago.

What could be improved

I can't think of anything I would change.
