About: Borders General Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

Excellent service provided by all midwives looking after myself and newborn baby after my recent C Section at the BGH. 

They were friendly, caring, approachable, professional, and had an excellent bedside manner. 

I felt safe and well cared for at all times, especially by the 2 midwives who looked after me-Louise and Mariette.

We strive to deliver high quality, person-centered care within the Maternity Unit. To hear you felt 'Safe' and 'Well cared for' is our ultimate aim and I'm so pleased you have been happy with every aspect of your care.
