About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as the patient),

I was seen by a lovely caring nurse (Andrea) who explained how i would be seen in the hospital and how long i would be expected to wait.

She even managed to get me an emergency appointment with an out of hours doctor rather than wait for hours to be seen in a busy hospital.
