About: Somerford Grove Practice

(as a service user),

I went for an annual asthma review with the Practice Nurse. She made me feel very at ease and was helpful with advice. She not only went through the review very thoroughly with good explanations, but she also took a planned blood sample test which meant I didn't have to come back the following week for it in a separate appointment.

She went through my condition thoroughly and was very easy to speak with,  professional and approachable.
