(as the patient),

I have no complaints. I was treated with kindness and professionalism by everyone. You couldnt pay these people enough money for what they do.

I am delighted at what must have been a worrying time that you had no complaints in relation to your care. It is so important that staff are professional and kind.

As a team the main driver for doing our jobs is being able to support people at a real difficult time. The team will be delighted to read your comments.
