(as the patient),

On the whole my experience of six degrees has been a good one. But I am still a little disappointed that I can't been seen face to face. After the counselling room that I went to in Walkden was just too warm and made me feel ill. But the counselor assured me that there no where else we could meet. On the whole I feel that the counsellors has treated me in a respectful and professional way.

Thank you for providing feedback on our service. We are sorry to hear that the accommodation we used during your appointment was uncomfortable.

We try and provide appointments in the most convenient locations. Usually this means seeing people in their local GP practice or clinic. Unfortunately a few of the rooms may not always suit our needs and alternatives may not be available. We will share this with the rest of the team and discuss this in detail at the next management meeting. We will continue to seek out the most convenient and comfortable accommodation for our appointments.
