"disgusting behaviour and very little concern"

After several appointments with this specific person stating that I was thinking of taking my own life, causing my self harm. This individual had little or no respect or concern to my safety, I felt ashamed, no intention of helping me or giving any information or procedures on how I would keep myself safe or prevent me from taking my own life or any help with my self harming, I feel that they didn’t care one bit. Really really disheartened and disappointed with the actions shown to me. Really unacceptable.
