I went to the surgery to become a new patient and was haveing breathing issues which was noted by a fantastic receptionist who Delt with me with total care and dignity a practice nurse then took over so the receptionist could return to her normal duties he nurse excellent explained what was happening to me and gave me emergency medical treatment explaining everything step by step due due to the conditions worsening a totally caring honest female doctor took over my car and arranging for emergency hospital transfer as my condition have deteriorated even tho I was upset the team that looked after me from entering the surgery to leaving in emergency ambulance the care understanding honest and quickness of the surgery team saved me from being admitted to intensive care

I wish to thank the staff and thank them all for assisting me and treating me so quickly thank you staff if you ever need a surgery please use Hayesbank
