"Dreadful service"

About: South mental health recovery team (East Glade Centre)

I am writing as a relative. I have never seen a patient deteriorate as quickly as our daughter did when she came under the care of East Glade. They don't answer the phone, don't respond to messages. After years of living independently, our daughter has now deteriorated and had psychotic episodes and suicide attempts in which the police have been called out to help her as the service seemed uncontactable. They also promise visits and contacts that don't materialise Dreadful.

I’m really sorry to hear that your daughter has deteriorated and you feel that you have not had the necessary support. Please contact myself or one of the Senior Practitioners at East Glade and we can discuss how we can support you and your daughter going forward. 0114 271 6451
